With Photoshop it’s possible to zoom in to a maximum of 3200%. Though there is a way to get even closer. The following technique is a great way to inspect those pixels and make them look perfect. Go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom and choose the following settings…
You should be able to use ctrl + scroll to zoom in and out if you’ve set the zoom-settings as shown in the image above. Note that these settings are not set in Photoshop’s preferences but in the System Preferences.
I find the magnifying glass really useful to verify the sharpness of pixels on my screen. The fact that it’s a standard option on every mac makes it even more awesome. Now, make some pixel-perfect stuff!!!
